About the Practitioner

Tania Di Costanzo

My initial journey of self-enquiry led me to questioning conventional and traditional conditioning of religion, philosophy, culture, relationships and belonging from the tender age of 9.

A call for a dramatic change in my early 20’s shifted me away from the beauty industry that paved the way of creating the life I wanted that led me to working in the community and public sector for 27 years.  During this time with lived experience in grief, loss and trauma, I pursued a whole-hearted healing journey while furthering my studies in the transpersonal and energetic field.

I am passionate about working with people, and feel I am living my life purpose by offering my gifts in this way. Healing and transformation is everyone’s birthright, and I feel deeply privileged to support people to reach their infinite potential.

I am an active member of several international conscious communities participating in deep transformational work. Creator and founder of Clear Therapies – Be Transformed, I am an experienced counsellor, coach, group-worker and a guardian of sacred space offering exceptional care and intuitive guidance to my clients.

​I have a Degree in Social Science, a Diploma in Transpersonal Counselling, is a Reiki Master, a certified SOL - Spirit of Light Practitioner, and a Provisionally Licensed Guide and group facilitator with Shematrix International.
