Tania uses a person-centred approach that integrates transpersonal processes to support and uncover unhelpful identities, unblock and transform obstacles, release trauma, clear unwanted attachments and unlock hidden insights and gifts in the endeavour to live with greater clarity, purpose, expansion and joy.

Initially named by Dr Carl Jung, the renown 20th century Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, ‘transpersonal’ is a holistic approach based on states of consciousness beyond the limits of personal identity aiming towards a journey of self-realisation. Transpersonal is also an experience beyond the limitations of a self as an individual that is humanistic, existential and phenomenological.

Individual Client Sessions
Counselling and coaching sessions are person-centred and uniquely tailored to your issue, situation or self-enquiry. Specialising in but not limited to identity work. This work supports being in your greatest potential while creating the life and connections you want with self-awareness and self-responsibility.

To get the most out of the sessions, a series of 5+ appointments is recommended.

Energy Clearings
Energy clearings is an alternative offering to compliment counselling and coaching sessions or offered as stand-alone modalities after a series of counselling and coaching sessions.
​
​This multidisciplinary approach is uniquely tailored to a person's situation with the aim to clear obstacles, challenges, unhealthy behaviours or beliefs, and re-wire neurological pathways in the endeavour to activate natural healing on a psyche and physical level for overall well-being.

Have you ever felt an unease or tension at home, workspace or in another location? Land and property clearings are a gentle yet deeply effective energetic clearing of unwanted, trapped or stagnant energies. Among the benefits of this work is a sense of calmness, safety and spaciousness to the area, its occupants and visitors. Ideal when renting, moving, selling or attaining a new property, home or business outlet. For high traffic areas, it's recommended to have your space cleared annually or bi-annually - just like a spring clean!

Property and area clearings are held off-site, digitally recorded and sent to you.
Past Life Integration
Uniquely tailored for each client, this modality offers an understanding and integration of unresolved patterns, issues or traumas. The technique is a gentle interactive explorative mediation that may offer transformative results.
Regardless of a person's viewpoint or belief in the existence of past lives, this offering is an exploration into the sub-consciousness terrain to uncover old agreements or vows that are now interfering with aspects of the person's life.
